Power Router Pro is unable to connect, sync or drops sync
On a fuctional line, a Power Router Pro can sometimes fail to connect to the ISP, fail to synchronise (sync) during negotation or drop sync when connected.  This is caused by a mismatch between the SNR on the ADSL interface of the router and the DSLAM.

To resolve this, we would suggest forcing the SNR on the appropriate ADSL modem of the Power Router Pro to 6db or higher. To action this, please raise a support ticket at http://support.sharedband.com/index.php?act=tickets&code=open and reference this knowledgebase article (60).
