Sharedband and Sky
Below is infomation on using Sky Broadband with Sharedband.
This article was composed on 29/07/2015, some of this information may be out of date by the time you read this.

Sky does not traffic shape any of its services.

Please be aware that ALL of these services require the customer to use Sky’s router. This is part of their terms and conditions (http://www.sky.com/shop/terms-conditions/broadband/) and they go to some lengths to stop you using your own router. Customers will need to use either a Linksys, a Power Router or a TP-Link WDR3600 with Sky.

Sky have bought O2/BE. This is presumably to expand the number of LLU sites and offer a greater range of services to their customers. The good news is if the customer was previously a BE/O2 customer then they are already in an LLU exchange and are eligible for the unmananged services.
