Poor call quality on 3CX VOIP Phone System
You may encounter poor call quality on VOIP phones connected to a 3CX Phone System when utilising Sharedband. This is generally caused by out of sequence packets associated with Sharedband. The codec that you are using may be intolerant (G711 being a known example) of the disordered packets and will need to be exchanged for a more tolerant codec such as G729.

Please arrange for the G729 codec to be employed within your VOIP system. This is normally designated on the 3CX Phone System though you may need to seek advice from your VOIP provider.
