NOC Customer Portal speeds are stable and meet expectations but speedtesting may measure lower than expected or is erratic.
This may indicate that one more of your ISP connections is suffering from traffic shaping on UDP ports 4000-4500. This is explained further in article http://support.sharedband.com/kb/kb18/ which also provides additional testing that you can perform. If traffic shaping is present, we would recommend that you refer this to the ISP(s) concerned.
