NOC Customer Portal speeds may measure lower than expected or are erratic and speedtesting may measure lower than expected or is erratic at the same time. This may indicate that one or more of your ISP connections is suffering from contention or traffic shaping.

If either is the cause of your problem, we would recommend that you refer this to the ISP(s) concerned.
