Manual speedtesting of a single Sharedband or ISP router may consistently report lower speeds than those displayed in the NOC Customer portal. A possible cause of this would be a connection fault that causes data errors while at the same time not affecting speedtests. Please refer this to your ISP's technical department for testing.
